The authors are invited to submit original and unpublished work and not currently submitted for consideration elsewhere. Manuscripts should not exceed 6 double-column ACM formatted pages ( here), including figures, tables, and references. For each accepted paper, at least one author must be fully registered. An oral presentation at the conference is strictly required.


The paper must be prepared by using the ACM template in MS Word or LaTeX (max 8 pages) . Submitted electronically in PDF format via the Easychair system. Click here to submit a new paper.

Each paper will be reviewed by at least three regular PC members or two senior PC members. The acceptance decisions will take into account paper novelty, technical depth, elegance, practical or theoretical impact, and presentation.

All accepted papers will be published by ACM ICPS and included in ACM digital library (

The publication in ACM ICPS has been confirmed. The ISBN number assigned By ACM ICPS to BDCA’17 conference is 978-1-4503-4852-2. ACM send all published materials to Thomson Reuters, Scopus and DBLP for indexing in their products.

Furthermore, best and high quality papers will be selected in order to publish extended versions of the paper in one of the following journals :
